How to Start an Auto Repair Claim With Your SunPath Vehicle Service Contract
SunPath will pay your garage or repair facility directly for approved claims.
1. Deliver your vehicle
Take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility
2. Have the repair facility contact us
Advise the repair facility to contact SunPath at 888-990-7786 before any work is performed to review all SunPath claim procedures.
3. Claims adjustment
A SunPath claims adjuster will be assigned to review and authorize your claim, if covered. Unauthorized work will not be covered.
4. Repair order
Once covered repairs have been completed, the repair facility will need to send SunPath a detailed repair order.
After all required documentation has been received, SunPath will pay your repair facility directly.
